Charles “Chuck” Hardin began his career litigating cases in state and federal courts at Burr & Forman in Birmingham before returning to Tuscaloosa in 1998. He co-founded Hardin & Hughes in 2004 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
